About
About me
I'm a software engineer with over 11 years of experience building scalable backend platforms, cloud-native systems, and — more recently — production AI applications. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Walmart Global Tech, leading architecture decisions on AI and data platform initiatives.
My work sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and applied AI: designing serverless architectures on AWS and Cloudflare, building AI chat systems with proper streaming and tool-calling support, and solving the retrieval and evaluation problems that make the difference between a demo and a deployed product.
Outside of day-to-day engineering, I maintain ai-chat-toolkit — a modular TypeScript library for production AI chat — and write about what I learn at sudheeshshetty.in/blog.
I occasionally speak at conferences and meetups on AI system design, MCP and tool-use patterns, RAG architecture, and cloud patterns for backend engineers. If you're looking for a speaker on these topics, reach out.
